Pilates Classes


Cynthia Weiss, PT, CLT-UR, a colleague and the President of Wellness Rehabilitation, Inc., offers an ongoing series of 5 Pilates classes on Wednesdays from noon to 1:00 PM.

The goals of the classes are to teach you:

  • Proper alignment;
  • Effective ways to engage your muscles for more efficient movement;
  • Core strengthening; and
  • Balance.
